Important Notice:

• Each line of your In The Spotlight ad or Featured Sponsor ad can be a maximum of 65 characters across including spaces.
• You do not need to count the the characters of One email address and One web site URL in your ad.
• If you include a second, third, etc., email address or second, third, etc., web site URL in your ad you must count their characters as part of your 65 character across line in your ad copy.
• We will automatically hyperlink your email address and web address in your advertisements, making it easy for people to contact you.

GUIDELINES:

1. DEMC reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. No ads for adult products/ services, bulk email products/services or autoresponder services will be accepted.
2. You agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless DEMC from any and all liabilities, including attorney's fees, resulting from any claims you make in your advertisements.
3. All ads must be prepaid.
4. No refunds once an ad has been emailed.
