eCommerce Guru Richard is the president of Yourfavorite.com, a Boston based company formerly known as instantpc.com. He founded the business himself in 1996, leaving a secure marketing job with a mutual fund company to make it on his own.
His idea was to build a company focused specifically on ecommerce tools for small businesses. CheckWriter software was his first product, which helped revolutionize electronic check acceptance on the Internet.
Over the last 4 years Richard has continued developing new products and services designed around the needs of his customers, small businesses. Yourfavorite.com has grown at an amazing rate, more than doubling sales every year.
Products now offered include CheckWriter software, electronic merchant accounts, secure order form design and hosting, secure shopping carts, domain name registration, web-site hosting and the new favorite, The DOT.COM Gift Card.
Richard holds a B.S. in Journalism from Northeastern University. Thus in addition to running a successful Internet company, he is also an experienced news reporter and writer.
