Kathy was one of the first TechLive technical support specialists at America Online during their early start up phase. From there she moved on to start her own home based website design and programming company in Tucson Arizona. In early 1999 Kathy relocated to Southern California to help build up Virtualis Systems, an eASP and hosting company, where she helped to migrate them from an emerging company of less than 10 into a flourishing start up of over 100 employees in just one year. Accomplishments at Virtualis included writing and implementing a full four week training course, creating full policies and procedures, managing the backend systems automation, and staffing various departments.
Kathy has been writing for over 15 years, and has been published in hundreds of online and offline publications. She now concentrates her time on Palm Pilot handheld computers and emerging handheld wireless systems. Her newest venture involves owning and operating PalmPilotFiles.com, a large Palm Pilot software site, and writing a syndicated Palm Pilot Column "The Daily Dose".
