Sanford C. Botkin, Attorney and Certified Public Accountant  is Chief Executive Officer and Principal Lecturer of the Tax Reduction Institute of Germantown Maryland. He is a former trainer of IRS attorneys nationwide in the IRS corporate tax division and was a founding member of the IRS select Tax Shelter Committee. Mr. Botkin has authored numerous technical articles for national publications, lectured to various professional and trade groups, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of accounting and law at the University of Maryland and Columbia Union College. In fact, Mr. Botkin was one of eight attorneys selected by the Internal Revenue Service to train all new attorneys to the Internal Revenue Service's Corporate Tax Division.
